No personally identifiable information about a person in need is posted on the platform.
When a member posts a need, only the basics required to respond are shared. Members do not see names, addresses, immigration status, or income documentation. There is no enrollment and no eligibility screening for community members.
Members contact the requester directly to coordinate details, so identifying information stays with the organization already working with the family.
